About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager . The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a hands-on leader responsible for both managing the recruitment function and actively carrying a requisition load. This role leads a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists while directly recruiting for key and hard-to-fill positions across long-term care, home health and hospice. This “player-coach” role requires a balance of strategic leadership and day-to-day execution, with a strong focus on clinical and frontline staffing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example in delivering high-quality hires. Requirements
- 5+ years successful talent acquisition experience preferably in healthcare.
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage both leadership responsibilities and an active requisition load.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Resilience in a high-demand hiring environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and human relations skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
