About The Position

Your Role The Organizational Development and Performance team is comprised of 3 sub-teams: Leadership Development, Career Mobility, and Talent and Performance Management. We seek to provide all our employees with opportunities to build their leadership capabilities at all levels and own their career growth and assess our talent fairly and to ultimately drive mobility and performance Responsibilities Your Work In this role, you will: Partner to execute short- and long-range strategic plans for effective development, engagement and utilization of human resources Partner to execute practices, processes and programs that enable the company’s Talent and Performance strategy Partner to execute the organization's Talent and Performance strategy so that the skills, capabilities and performance of employees meet the organization's current and future needs Analyze data to identify patterns and trends, and report findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner Design comprehensive Excel templates for performance and talent calibration, leveraging advanced knowledge of Excel to build formulas, generate charts, and conduct in-depth data analysis that supports accurate and actionable decision-making Provide analytical support and troubleshooting for reporting related issues Assist with scheduling and organizing executive meetings and material as part of the performance and talent management processes, ensuring all details are meticulously managed for quality and accuracy Serve as a project manager, supporting the development and implementation of projects (often involving cross-functional teams) through defining, tracking and communicating progress on program delivery milestones Research best practices and conduct benchmarking to inform talent and performance management strategies Support the execution of new Talent and Performance management strategies, including trainings, communications, and support material Qualifications Your Knowledge and Experience

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires 5 years of relevant experience, inclusive of program management and data analysis in Talent and Performance or Organizational Development roles
  • Requires a mastery level of PowerPoint and Excel, working with large data sets, formulas, pivot tables, merging large data files/documents, and crafting reports
  • Requires data analysis and communications: Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data and compiling reports. Able to discern trends and the “so what” from the findings and have the numbers tell a concise, accurate, and relevant story
  • Requires excellent organizational and scheduling skills with a high attention to detail
  • Requires a growth mindset with a passion for learning and self-development and continually seeks out feedback
  • Requires strong critical thinking with an ability to anticipate needs to support team and stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Business Analyst/Consultant background preferred
