About The Position

To support this mission, our Talent and Culture Team is looking for a Talent & Culture Lead in Greensboro, NC. This role acts as a strategic partner for Talent & Culture, working closely with regional North American teams on organizational change management. It's suitable for someone with a strong history of leading enterprise-wide change and improving organizational strategies, structures, culture, and processes. You will manage change across various transformational projects, such as new technology, processes, and structures by reducing resistance and encouraging adoption. This position combines strategic change leadership with practical project and program management to ensure technical implementation and people buy-in are aligned for success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, organizational effectiveness or organizational development in a global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and executing large-scale change initiatives in a matrixed, complex environment.
  • Proficiency in OCM methodologies, including Prosci.
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute OCM strategies, plans, and deliverables for enterprise-wide changes, aligning with business objectives.
  • Create ADKAR strategies and plans to lead people through transitions (new technology, processes, structures) aligned with project preparation, testing, deployment, and hypercare timelines.
  • Align plans with PMO, OCM and field to ensure business continuity and confidence.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, mapping, and change impact assessments, creating engagement strategies that result in ROI.
  • Engagement plans include strategies to minimize resistance and risk, while maximizing adoption.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to sponsors, guide cross-functional teams through transition, and embed new ways of working into the culture of the organization.
  • Assess organizational readiness, identify potential resistance, and develop tactics to mitigate risks.
  • Escalate change-related risks and issues, creating and managing mitigation plans.
  • Partner with the business to design and coordinate the approach to end-user training to build proficiency in new systems and processes.
  • Partner with teams to oversee the creation and delivery of clear, targeted messages to prepare and motivate employees for change.
  • Embed OCM activities into project plans, track progress using metrics, and report on issues and success.
  • Diagnose organization effectiveness, and generate data driven insights to address gaps and build plans.
  • Track adoption metrics, resistance trends, and readiness indicators.
