About The Position

This position will take part in administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of the Talent and Culture Operations programs, which include total compensation and benefits, absence and leave, HR technology, policy and compliance, and data management and insights. This position will serve as a member of the Talent and Culture Operations team and broader Talent and Culture and Organizational Development team, working collaboratively with team members across the broader team to empower a high level of client satisfaction, data accuracy, and strong insights for program development. The Talent and Culture Compensation and Benefits Analyst is responsible for the analytical, regulatory, and systems-based administration of the organization’s compensation and benefits programs, with a strong focus on compliance, data integrity, and governance. This role supports leadership decision-making through compensation modeling, pay equity analysis, market pricing, and regulatory reporting, while administering annual compensation processes and benefits data across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems. The position also manages multi-state compliance requirements, prepares audits and required filings, develops reports and dashboards, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure accurate, equitable, and compliant compensation and benefits practices. The individual in this role will contribute to process improvements across HR systems, benefits, and compensation. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and market pricing tools are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the planning of new organization structure by providing data on reporting lines and roles and responsibilities within the team to align with the wider organization, including information on titling syntax, layers, etc.
  • Contribute to specialist research and analysis to support evaluation of the current-state organization, development and evaluation of future-state organizational design propositions, and identification of the costs and business benefits of change.
  • Support the delivery of job analysis and job evaluation processes; product job descriptions and role profiles and associated scoping data.
  • Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.
  • Interpret data and identify possible answers, which involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.
  • Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
  • Resolve queries from internal or external clients or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
  • Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
  • Support the delivery of the annual review and on-going benefits support and administration; provide relevant payroll and market pay analyses; contribute to the drafting of communications and the preparation of management decision-making tools.
  • Support specific technology implementation processes, aiding in the optimization of technology use.
