You can develop your full potential by applying your expertise within the Corporate team as Talent Advisor : Working closely with remote hourly & salaried recruiters, ensure an effective on-site continuity of our recruitment process Collaborate on recruitment cycle: identifying the needs with the manager, aligning the strategies with the recruiters, doing on-site interviews & visits of the plant, coaching of hiring managers, presenting offers with HRs and helping with the onboarding process Act as advisory role to the recruitment team, HR Marketing team, HRs & managers to identify the best profiles for the plant and align our strategies Continue developing your expertise by becoming a true Cascades ambassador: creating your network, increasing the visibility of your social medias, participating in hiring events, etc Ensure a high level of service quality and candidate experience throughout the various stages of recruitment Support recruiters in creating attractive and relevant job postings and job ads Contribute to sourcing on networks such as local facebook pages, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc Work as a team with your talent attraction colleagues to develop the best visibility strategies for the plant
