We're building something that doesn't exist yet - a domestic supply chain for rare earth materials and magnets. That means we need someone who can find talent before they're looking and get them excited about what we're creating. This is a full-cycle recruiting role for someone who knows how to source passive candidates, build talent networks, and sell a compelling story to people who have options. You'll be recruiting across corporate, mining, and engineering roles in a fast-moving startup environment where building process and figuring things out as you go is part of the job.
