Talent Advisor - Recruiter
About The Position
The Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle talent acquisition and plays a critical role in hiring top talent. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and effective time management to fill open positions. The Recruiter will actively source for candidates, and promoting Munson Healthcare as an employer of choice at job fairs, local schools and throughout the community. The Recruiter is responsible for ensuring a superior candidate experience and serves as an advisor to hiring managers. This role is highly visible to internal and external stakeholders and is key to developing talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs in assigned functional areas.
Requirements
- Talent Advisor II: Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or other related field and 4 years of experience in recruitment, HR or related field
- Talent Advisor I: Associate's Degree in Business, HR or related field. 2-4 years of experience preferred.
