As our Talent Acquisition function continues to evolve, YPTC is excited to be searching for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and attracting top talent to meet the firm’s hiring needs. This outstanding hire will be responsible for developing sourcing and recruiting strategies, building strong talent networks and pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers and our talented HR organization to fill roles as we continue to grow. This person will use advanced recruiting techniques, deep market knowledge, and strong relationship-building skills to identify and hire the future of our firm while working with an amazing team and driving our employer brand forward, in a culture that is second to none.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in corporate recruiting or agency recruiting.
  • Proven experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for accounting and finance roles and/or high volumes of needs.
  • Strong experience proactively sourcing talent in the market, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.
  • Experience with talent marketing

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute impactful candidate sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screens focused on skill-set and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes and feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool for current and future needs.
  • Negotiate job offers including salary, benefits, and start dates.
  • Drive an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor KPIs and recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Remain updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, talent market conditions, and best recruiting practices.
  • Be an active participant in team meetings (within TA and the business being supported).
  • Proactively engage in TA projects as appropriate.
