We are looking to add a Coordinator, Recruitment to our Team. The Coordinator, Recruitment will screen, and score resumes for our clients. This is a great opportunity for hard working, analytical and highly skilled individuals who are looking to expand their recruitment knowledge. YOU WILL - Reviewing job descriptions, specifications, and selection criteria to gain a full understanding of the job - Attending an intake call with public sector hiring managers to discuss the positions and criteria - Analytically reviewing candidate resumes – screening them for demonstrated experience based on defined selection criteria and scoring them by following specific resume screening guidelines and commenting on each resume - Ability to meet client and internal deadlines - Ensuring that you meet Wilson quality standards and strictly following a predetermined methodology
