Our Talent Acquisition Strategy team is looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Strategy Specialist for developing, optimizing, and executing strategic hiring initiatives that enable the organization to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role blends data-driven workforce insights, recruitment process design, university hiring support, and technology optimization to provide support for the global TA team to reach their hiring goals and program objectives. This is a global role reporting to the Director of TA Strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2- 5 years of experience, with a preference for HR or Analytics specialization
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, consulting, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-volume, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, applying a strong problem-solving mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Talent Acquisition experience is a huge plus
  • Experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or university recruiting programs strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with global TA teams, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Finance to understand talent needs and capacity modeling to create talent attraction and acquisition strategy.
  • Design, execute and lead continuous improvement of projects across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct market research on talent availability, industry trends, competitor benchmarking, and emerging hiring risks.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor funnel metrics and provide insights to guide staffing decisions, with a specific focus on University Hiring.
  • Support university and early-career recruiting efforts by identifying, sourcing, and engaging top student talent for internships and entry-level roles.
  • Provide operational support for recruiting initiatives by coordinating candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and recruiting tools to ensure timely progress against hiring goals.
  • Drive adoption and training on TA technologies, while identifying opportunities for automation and improved workflows.
  • Drive project execution within a matrixed organization and holding TA teams accountable to timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage project plans, budgets and vendor/procurement processes.
