The Indiana Public Retirement System is a public pension fund who manages approximately over $50 billion in assets, making it one of the largest in the United States. We are located in the heart of the city, in downtown Indianapolis, near the circle & across the street from our monumental state house. This position will require Indiana state residency. Scope of Position: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for all hiring needs within the organization, and building, maintaining, relationships with hiring managers, community organizations, and other recruiting sources. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is also responsible for developing new, creative recruiting ideas applying traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies, and utilizing approved venues to identify and recruit appropriate candidates to fill positions at all levels. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the Company hires the best possible talent for all positions.
