About The Position

The TA Specialist is responsible for leading enterprise-wide talent acquisition initiatives and supporting recruitment operations across multiple facilities. This role combines hands-on recruitment work, serving as a central resource for HR Directors, Administrators, and corporate leadership. The TA Specialist ensures consistency in Talent Acquisition processes, drives improvements in talent acquisition, and supports the implementation of HR programs across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, (verbal/written, and presentation), organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills with the ability to work and build rapport with all levels are necessary to perform job at the expected level
  • Able to independently use MS Office products and other technology packages including social media
  • Able to work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment, with the ability to self-motivate, handle multiple tasks, meet established targets, and work within critical milestones
  • Strong personal and work ethics and integrity; proven track record of flexibility and professionalism
  • Must possess a passionate attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or similar discipline (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR related field preferably with exposure to all facets of the field; a combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-cycle Talent Acquisition support for facilities, including sourcing qualified candidates, conducting phone screenings, coordinating onsite interviews, extending verbal offers, sending formal offers through Paycom, initiating background checks, and advancing candidates through self-onboarding.
  • Support corporate-level needs using the same full-cycle process when required.
  • Attend Talent Acquisition meetings; document action items, provide updates, and support follow-up execution.
  • Serve as a benefits resource by creating one-page summaries for inclusion in offer packets.
  • Manage offer packet creation and standardization for building-level and corporate roles.
  • Monitor Talent Acquisition KPI’s and report findings to VP of HR (with Director Recruiting & Retention)
  • Support vocational school and college relations by building sustained relationships, coordinating on-site visits, and facilitating opportunities for Administrators, HR Directors, and Directors of Nursing.
  • Attend labor review meetings and execute recruiting-related action items for facilities experiencing overtime, agency utilization, or staffing challenges.
  • Ensure job postings are accurate, compelling, and consistent across platforms including Indeed, Paycom, and social media.
  • Support the development and posting of job advertisements on Facebook and other community outreach channels.
  • Assist with the creation of standardized interview guides for all departments, integrating mission, vision, and values (MVV).
  • Assist with updating Paycom job postings to include building-specific MVV statements and an “About Us” section.
  • Run weekly recruiting productivity reports and distribute them to Regional teams with required corporate recipients included.
  • Conduct mock audits and other compliance-related reviews as assigned.
  • Support additional initiatives that enhance recruitment and operational excellence across the organization.
