We are looking for a motivated and skilled Internal Recruiter to join our team, with a focus on sourcing and placing high-quality consultants. Position Overview: The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing consultants to meet the firm’s internal needs. The role requires someone with strong recruitment skills and a passion for building a pipeline of top talent. While direct experience in financial markets is not necessary, the ideal candidate should have an understanding of recruitment best practices and the drive to contribute to the firm’s success. This role offers a competitive fixed bonus for each successful internal placement and potential for career growth into sales-focused or business management roles.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented and driven by achieving successful placements with a keen eye for talent.
  • Willingness to learn and expand into more sales-focused or business management roles as the position evolves.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Recruitment, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and identify potential consultants and candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for internal roles.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and project teams to understand internal needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Placement Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to understand the evolving talent landscape.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain and track candidate data, including recruitment metrics and placement outcomes, to continuously improve recruitment processes.
