The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, pipelining, identifying, and screening both passive and active candidates using a variety of proactive recruiting strategies. In addition to sourcing, this role will be responsible for posting approved job requisitions, identifying and engaging passive talent, qualifying candidates, scheduling phone interviews, and maintaining ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. This position will work closely with hiring managers across the organization to understand hiring needs, align on role requirements, and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. The overall goal of the Talent Acquisition function is to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent while building and sustaining a strong talent pipeline.
