About The Position

The Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support day-to-day recruitment operations across the resort. This role plays a key part in attracting and coordinating talent by managing requisitions, engaging with candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to meet operational hiring needs, while delivering a respectful, service-driven candidate experience rooted in the Four Seasons Golden Rule and the spirit of Hawaiʻi hospitality.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and applicant tracking platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented, people-first approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed to support recruitment events or business demands.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Hawaiʻi Island’s local workforce, community, or hospitality environment (a plus).
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Four Seasons culture and values in every candidate and hiring manager interaction, creating a welcoming and inclusive experience reflective of our ʻOhana.
  • Partner with hiring managers to attract talent aligned with our culture and values, supporting recruitment efforts that reflect the local community and workforce of Hawaiʻi Island.
  • Review applications, conduct phone screens, and identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth logistics for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a positive and professional experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and job postings in our applicant tracking system (Workday).
  • Generate recruitment reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview best practices, and system usage.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, maintaining accurate documentation in Workday.
  • Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and special recruitment initiatives as needed.
  • Support employee engagement activities and onboarding during peak hiring periods.
