About The Position

TriasMD, the parent company of DISC Surgery Centers, is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. DISC Surgery Center stands as the epitome of excellence and innovation in minimally invasive surgical solutions. Our eight outpatient surgery centers specialize in sports medicine, orthopedics and interventional pain management procedures. This part-time, temporary position is expected to last up to five months and requires an on-site presence at our Newport Beach office two days per week, for a total of sixteen hours weekly. While this role is temporary, there is potential for the contract to be extended and/or for the position to transition into a permanent opportunity.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ plus of recruiting experience, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of third-party recruiting platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter)
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Paycom preferred)
  • Familiarity with clinical recruiting and language
  • Strong organization and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as the recruiting partner for eight surgery centers across California and Florida, managing up to 30 requisitions
  • Oversee recruiting platforms and manage recruiting budget across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, ATS, recruiting agencies)
  • Conduct weekly intake calls with hiring managers, drafting new job descriptions, obtaining approval for new positions and posting on various platforms
  • Audit job descriptions for relevancy and to ensure candidates are being recruited accurately
  • Coordinate both in-person and virtual interviews for clinical and corporate roles
  • Participate in bi-weekly and monthly recruiting meetings
  • Provide marketing analysis regarding recruiting trends, compensation and industry news
  • Negotiate and extend job offers, providing market analysis on pay rates
  • Passively source candidates through referrals and Indeed
  • Create weekly recruiting reports to be shared with leadership
  • Work collaboratively with our HR Manager and HR Representative to assist with onboarding tasks
  • Additional tasks as assigned
