About The Position

Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator providing administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, primarily supporting Store Manager and Pharmacy recruitment processes. Responsibilities include ATS management (SAP preferred), interview coordination, candidate communication, onboarding support, and recruitment reporting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with scheduling tools (Outlook, Teams, Google Calendar).
  • Experience working in an ATS; SAP ATS experience preferred.
  • Working towards or have earned a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support; experience with SAP ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the SAP Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to update candidate records, manage requisitions, and track applicant progress.
  • Maintain and update ATS requisitions and candidate records; ensure data integrity and generate recruitment reports from the ATS.
  • Prepare and send candidate interview confirmations, status updates, and other recruitment-related communications.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews for Store Managers and Pharmacy candidates; manage complex calendars and stakeholder coordination.
  • Conduct interviews as needed and assist hiring managers during interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires in Pharmacy and Store Manager roles, including pre-hire paperwork coordination.
  • Assist with audit readiness and maintaining recruitment documentation for compliance.
  • Compile and analyze recruitment data for reporting purposes and provide regular status reports to hiring managers.
  • Contribute to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and actively support inclusive hiring practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of applicant data and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
