Our growing client, a mission-driven healthcare organization located near Albany, NY is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts across clinical, client-facing, and administrative teams. This role is ideal for a people-focused recruiter who enjoys building relationships, managing full-cycle hiring, and contributing directly to an organization's culture and growth. Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This position partners closely with hiring managers and the Human Resources team to develop effective sourcing strategies, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and strengthen the organization's employer brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; healthcare, veterinary, or service-industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-provider roles, including technical, customer service, and administrative positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing
  • Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and support onboarding processes
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, campus programs, and recruiting events
  • Maintain accurate records and metrics within the applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing partners to enhance employer branding and outreach efforts
