About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure that we attract and hire individuals who align with our company culture and values.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Three years of direct experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills using MS Office suite of products required.
  • Behaviors: Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of people within our fast-paced organization required. Must have strong judgment skills as well as the ability to think ahead, prepare action plans to achieve results, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Human Capital Management System (HCM) and payroll systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment of employees and temporary workers by posting advertisements, sourcing and screening resumes, securing internal approvals, coordinating with external employment agencies, communicating with leaders and scheduling their interviews, participating in interviews, administers assessments, conducting background verifications, authorizing physicals, etc. Perform onboarding activities including distributing new hire paperwork and conducting new hire orientation.
  • Proactively builds an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to ensure future talent needs are met by networking through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
  • Oversee I-9 administration including E-Verify and I-9 audits.
  • Attend career fairs to establish a presence and promote to job seekers, students, business community and academic institutions. Manages all aspects of Co-op recruitment including career fairs, on-site tours, interviews, and onboarding for Ste. Gen Co-ops. Coordinates on-site housing for Ste. Gen. Co-ops
  • Conducts exit interviews with voluntarily separating employees.
  • Ensure that recruitment files are completed in accordance with compliance standards, which include completion of candidates notes and evaluations, applicant tracking, background, drug screening, physical, and appropriate documentation.
  • Maintains current knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources functions. Maintains employee data in human resources system by entering new hires, pay changes, separations, reports, etc.
  • Employees are expected to perform other responsibilities as needed.
