We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist whose primary responsibilities include: Recruiting, interviewing/vetting and hiring qualified candidates across a wide range of roles and skill sets, primarily in the Technical and Operations-related arenas: Field/Project Engineers, Estimators, Superintendents/Team Leads, Administrative and Support personnel, Supply, Safety, Project Managers, etc. Serving as the first point of contact to potential future team members of the company Assisting the internal hiring managers by providing information on trends/best practices, pre-screening resumes with details, and providing a detailed operations overview to the candidate. This role is onsite and is based out of our Westerville Corporate office.
