About The Position
Join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team as a Contract Recruiter! This hybrid role is based in Garden City, NY (3 days onsite). You’ll recruit for clinic roles (Technicians, Scribes, Patient Care Coordinators) as well as RNs, Surgical Coordinators, and Technologists.
Requirements
- 3+ years recruiting experience (Healthcare strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with an ATS
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- High level of integrity
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers & HR
- Source through LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking
- Screen candidates and move them quickly through the process
- Hit hiring goals, quality metrics & time-to-fill targets
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-through
