About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, source, evaluate, and hire top talent that aligns with the organization’s goals and culture. This role partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing methods, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems, Paycom a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying talent solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs across departments.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment events.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies during the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
