THIS ROLE IS ON-SITE Inglewood, CA Monday - Friday7:30AM-4PM The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role for Centinela Hospital Medical Center's staffing needs to support an underserved community. This is a fast-paced full cycle recruitment environment in which expectations and weekly goals are set. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a hunter's mentality while providing white glove candidate experience and strong negotiation skills to close deals. You will be expected to strategize with your TA Manager in order to implement recruiting and selection approaches that address both present requirements and future workforce needs at the hospital. Clinical Roles you will be hyper focused on filling include but are not limited to: RN LVN CNA Rad Techs CT Tech Other Non-Clinical Roles This position is instrumental in securing top talent to support the organization's growth and success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED, required.
  • Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
  • Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
  • Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field
  • Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience

Responsibilities

  • Updating Job Descriptions to include - Marketable titling and CA pay Transparency
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for specific job openings, verifying they meet minimum qualifications.
  • Coordinating and monitoring interviews with hiring managers within TA SOP timeframes
  • Establishing strong partnerships with internal HR departments, senior management, and external collaborators to synchronize recruitment strategies with company goals.
  • Participate in outreach at local career fairs and on-site hiring events every Wednesday
