We can show you how. POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides support for attracting, screening, and onboarding talent for Goodwill of SWPA. This position is responsible for specific Human Resources functions in the areas of recruitment and staffing and provides support for the Human Resources team, Hiring Mangers, and applicants/new hires. The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides support to applicants through the talent attraction, screening, and onboarding process. This position provides excellent customer service and ensures compliance with all external laws and regulations, as well as internal guidelines and policies.
