Requirements

1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
Experience managing multiple open roles in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting platforms
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting for service-based, hospitality, wellness, or multi-unit environments
Community outreach or offsite trade event experience
Passion for people development and building strong, supportive teams

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for spa and support roles across assigned locations
Partner closely with spa leaders to understand staffing needs, role expectations, and hiring priorities
Source and attract candidates using job boards, referrals, and social media
Assist with community outreach for spa brand development and talent search events.
Screen, interview, and recommend candidates who align with both role requirements and Hand & Stone culture
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely, clear communication with candidates and hiring managers
Support offer discussions and hiring decisions to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition
Maintain accurate applicant tracking and hiring documentation
Promote Hand & Stone as an employer of choice by delivering a warm, professional candidate experience
Ensure compliance with all employment laws, brand standards, and internal hiring practices
