About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the recruiting function by managing budgets, coordinating complex scheduling and candidate travel, and facilitating communication with candidates as well as within the talent acquisition team. This role partners with marketing to ensure job advertisements, videos, social media outreach align recruitment goals. Oversees inventory of recruitment collateral, giveaways, and recruitment materials. At Children’s Mercy, we are committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcomed within our walls. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree human resources, marketing or related fields of study and 1-2 years experience Experience working in a HR or Marketing related office setting or
  • HS diploma or equivalent 5-7 years experience Experience working in a HR or Marketing related office setting

Responsibilities

  • Coordinator of the candidate experience supports a seamless interview process and serves as the main point of contact for candidates from outreach through interview day.
  • Manage marketing materials and social postings for Talent Acquisition.
  • Administrative reporting, billing and calendar and vendor management
  • Supports the Talent Acquisition leadership team with projects as needed
