About The Position

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Healthcare/Home Care) – Buffalo, NY (On-Site) Envision Benefits Group | Recruiting Support Partner Full-Time | $55,000–$65,000/year Envision Benefits Group is supporting a mission-driven, people-first healthcare organization in the Buffalo area with the hiring of a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an in-person role based in Buffalo, supporting recruitment across multiple New York State locations. If you enjoy high-touch recruiting, managing multiple requisitions, and creating a strong candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles including home care, behavioral health, administrative, clinical, and support positions across NYS Post and promote openings via job boards, websites, schools, community partners, job fairs, and sourcing outreach Conduct phone screens and initial interviews; coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate pipelines, track basic recruiting metrics, and ensure timely candidate communication Coordinate and verify pre-employment screening/clearances and required documentation as applicable (credentials, background checks, and healthcare-related clearances) Support offer preparation and pre-hire communications; assist with onboarding documentation and system entry (HR/payroll/scheduling platforms) Help plan and facilitate new hire orientation (in-person and virtual) and support early retention check-ins Partner with HR, Compliance, Scheduling, Payroll, and IT to deliver a smooth onboarding experience Represent the organization at job fairs and community events; support HR projects and process improvements Requirements What We’re Looking For Associate’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred) 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (healthcare/home care/behavioral health strongly preferred) Comfort using HRIS/ATS platforms and job boards Strong organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to work on-site in Buffalo; occasional local/NYS travel for recruiting events may be required Work Environment & Physical Requirements Office-based, on-site role in Buffalo Primarily sedentary; routine use of computer/phone and standard office equipment Occasional standing/walking; may lift/carry materials up to ~20 lbs Occasional travel to job fairs/events Compensation & Benefits Good-faith salary range: $55,000–$65,000/year, based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive benefits package may include medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability options, voluntary benefits, FSA/HRA options, PTO/holidays, and EAP (details shared during the hiring process) How to Apply Apply through Envision Benefits Group to be considered. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
