About The Position

Associa/Marquis is seeking a professional and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience supporting luxury property management operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment while upholding Associa’ s commitment to service excellence, integrity, and collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of balancing high-volume recruiting demands with personalized, high-touch candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience preferred, preferably within property management, luxury residential, hospitality, or service-driven industries.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish required.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting in high-volume, fast-paced corporate environments.
  • Working knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience using ATS and CRM systems to manage requisitions and candidate pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience sourcing talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, ADP, Phenom and other recruitment platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional, and approachable demeanor.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, particularly in time-sensitive situations.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse properties.
  • Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborative team player who builds trusted relationships with leadership, peers, and candidates.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented in a dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for onsite property management, maintenance, concierge, housekeeping, hospitality, and corporate roles within luxury and high-profile communities.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership, Operations Directors, General Managers, and other leadership to understand staffing needs, timelines, and workforce planning objectives.
  • Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with Associa policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ADP, Phenom, referrals, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
  • conduct and participate in job fairs, career events, and community recruiting initiatives to attract top talent and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Deliver a professional, responsive, and service-oriented candidate experience reflective of Associa and Marquis brand standards.
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding in collaboration with HR and operations teams.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee and candidate information.
  • Provide recruitment guidance and best-practice support to hiring managers, including market insights, and hiring strategies.
  • Track recruitment activity and reporting to support business needs and continuous improvement.
