About The Position

Dubak Electrical Group LLC is growing and seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist I to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of recruiting experience who is passionate about connecting people with meaningful career opportunities and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (corporate or agency)
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Talent acquisition experience in construction/trades is preferred but not required
  • Experience using an ATS (e.g., Paylocity, BambooHR, Workday, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination and offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies
  • Create engaging job postings and proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and outreach
  • Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and facilitate communication with candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with career fairs, hiring events, and employer branding initiatives
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience
