Position Overview Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with recruiters and business leaders to identify, engage and successful recruit talent. This position will use research tools like LinkedIn (including LinkedIn Recruiter), Microsoft Teams Info, company applicant tracking system, external job boards, and other research tools. This role involves in-depth research, networking, and fostering relationships to connect and pipeline potential candidates. The ideal candidate possesses a sharp talent-spotting ability, outstanding communication prowess, and a proactive mindset towards talent acquisition.
