Requirements

High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience—healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success sourcing candidates outside the scope of typical channels.
A solutions-oriented mindset and a natural drive to improve processes and outcomes.
Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
Comfort working autonomously while also contributing to a high-performing team.
A positive, energetic outlook and a genuine commitment to elevating the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Proactively source physical, occupational, and speech therapy professionals within assigned state markets using a variety of methods
Build, maintain, and manage talent pipelines aligned to current and anticipated hiring needs
Review, screen, and interview both sourced and inbound applicants
Lead interview processes, extend offers, and manage negotiation conversations with confidence and professionalism.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for priority markets and hard-to-fill roles
Monitor market conditions, talent availability, and candidate response trends
Provide insights and recommendations related to sourcing strategy, hiring challenges, and competitive market dynamics
Maintain accurate documentation, activity tracking, and reporting within Greenhouse
Follow established recruiting best practices and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting and sourcing processes
Partner closely with market leadership to forecast hiring needs and provide insights.
