About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is passionate about building exceptional teams from the ground up. You will play a key role in helping Norm Ai scale by sourcing top Legal talent, while also contributing to our employer brand and representation within the Legal community.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcer, or TA Specialist
  • Proven ability to attract top talent across legal or technical teams
  • Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm for building processes from scratch.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail when tracking candidates and updating ATS/CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience hiring in AI, Legal, or LegalTech.
  • Experience with interview scheduling and calendar management.
  • Background at an early-stage, venture-backed startup.
  • Familiarity with Ashby.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting sourcing efforts for legal roles by identifying and engaging candidates through events, job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Screening inbound applicants for qualifications and role alignment.
  • Coordinating interviews, managing scheduling logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Maintaining and updating candidate pipelines and recruiting systems.
  • Contributing to a positive candidate experience by being responsive and professional throughout the process.
  • Assisting in tracking recruiting metrics and preparing reports.
  • Representing Norm Ai with professionalism and enthusiasm, supporting employer brand initiatives.
