About The Position

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? Well, we pump peanut butter into your jar, and the oil in your car. We glue the soles of your shoes, the glass in your windows and the screen on your phone. We spray the finish on your vehicle, coatings on your pills, the paint on your house and texture on your walls. Graco is part of your daily life. This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer plays a critical role in building strong candidate pipelines and supporting strategic hiring initiatives for our growing global manufacturing organization. This position focuses on identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles, leveraging market insights and innovative sourcing strategies to ensure a positive candidate experience. In addition to building strong pipelines, you will lead logistics/coordination of our early-career initiatives. Reports to: Manager, Talent Acquisition

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting within global or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, programs, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
  • Proven success partnering with HR, business leaders, hiring managers, and external partners to drive program success.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools to optimize recruiting strategies, measure program impact, and continuously improve.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sourcing and program data.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry networking/partnerships.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial outreach and engagement to assess candidate interest and qualifications.
  • Utilize market research and talent mapping techniques to provide insights on labor market availability and competitive trends.
  • Partner with recruiters, HR business partners, and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned groups/roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Provide logistical support for candidate engagement initiatives, including university relations, career fairs, company-wide networking events (e.g., Manufacturing Day), and other outreach activities.
  • Share market intelligence and sourcing best practices with the TA team.
  • Create content for social recruitment platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) and support employer brand branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Support the planning and coordination of internship program activities, including recruitment timelines, onboarding sessions, and program events.
  • Help manage day-to-day program logistics such as scheduling, communication with interns, and assist in creating and distributing program communications.
  • Participate in other Talent projects on an as-needed basis to support broader team objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Use data to continuously improve sourcing strategies and talent engagement approaches through the tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Monitor and improve Early Careers program satisfaction through surveys and feedback loops.
