The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and pre‑screening qualified candidates for select positions as designated by Talent Acquisition leadership. This role is focused exclusively on talent sourcing, initial outreach, and pre-screening activities and does not include offer development, compensation discussions or full-cycle recruiting responsibilities. The Sourcer plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines, improving speed-to-fill, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience at the earliest stages of the recruitment process.
