The Talent Acqusition Sourcer is responsible for creating and maintaining an active flow of prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, networking, database mining, referrals, and other recruitment techniques for current and future open positions. Responsible for proactively sourcing talented and diverse prospects through innovative sourcing techniques; identifying candidates to fill critical positions by utilizing online database searches, internal databases, networking, referrals and research.
