About The Position

At Endeavor Home Care Group, the Talent Acquisition and Retention Specialist is crucial for building the team that drives the company's mission. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of the employee experience, from initial contact with Caregivers (CGs) to their 90-day review, ensuring the hiring of quality individuals, supporting their growth, and maintaining their engagement. The specialist acts as the primary brand ambassador for caregivers, fostering a welcoming culture and contributing to the stability and growth of an award-winning organization. The position emphasizes professional ownership and a healthy work-life balance.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and legal compliance.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Healthcare/Home Care staffing.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefit administration.
  • HR Certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing new Caregiver (CG) applications to find the perfect fit for our mission.
  • Conducting high-energy virtual interviews via the HelloHire platform.
  • Managing the offer process, including issuing new hire paperwork and documents.
  • Leading our weekly new hire orientation to set our team up for success.
  • Managing employee relations, including issuing performance warnings when necessary.
  • Tracking recruiting data and monitoring Care Academy class completions.
  • Ensuring expenses are properly documented using the Ramp credit card system.
  • Handling administrative essentials: reviewing expired certifications and managing inventory for promotional items.
  • Ensuring legal compliance by administering weekly wage garnishments and managing onboarding within Employee Navigator.
  • Collaborating with Client Care Schedulers to discuss staffing needs and reviewing deactivation lists.
  • Celebrating our team by tracking work anniversaries and communicating related bonuses to payroll.
  • Managing safety and compliance through background checks and scheduling CPR classes.
  • Conducting 90-day reviews for new caregivers to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Partnering with the HR Manager & Controller to audit benefits eligibility and facilitate enrollment within the HRIS/payroll system.
  • Attending recruiting events.
  • Organizing company culture events.
  • Handling employment verifications.
  • Maintaining active, engaging job boards.
  • Partnering with the HR Manager on strategic initiatives and special projects to enhance organizational efficiency.
