About The Position

As a Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles. From sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, you’ll help shape our workforce and ensure we attract top talent. You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop innovative recruiting strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and influence hiring decisions. Your work will include leveraging technology and data to improve processes and outcomes. Every day, you’ll make an impact by connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience supporting corporate positions
  • Proficient use of applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and web-based recruiting resources
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
  • Proficient interviewing, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
  • Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting within corporate office
  • Up to 10% travel as needed
  • Regular in-office attendance is required
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
