Job Title: Talent Acquisition Professional Location(s): Lexington, NC (Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office) Job Description This role is a Talent Acquisition Professional responsible for full-cycle recruiting across exempt and manufacturing positions. The position requires advanced sourcing capabilities, strong stakeholder management with Hiring Managers, and the ability to lead and participate in regular hiring events. The professional will work within the People & Organization department to develop long-term recruiting strategies and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet ongoing and future workforce needs.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar recruiting functions.
  • Strong proficiency in sourcing tools, databases, and social/professional networks (LinkedIn, Factory Fix, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, diverse interview techniques, and evaluation methods.
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms; experience with Avature is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate and recruit across various functions in a matrixed organizational environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs and align on recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct intake/strategy calls and establish role-specific selection criteria.
  • Source talent via multiple online platforms, professional networks, and responses to job postings.
  • Manage the interview process, including screenings, assessments, and on-site interviews.
  • Review and assess candidate profiles using the Avature ATS.
  • Support Hiring Managers in developing high-quality job descriptions and interview guides.
  • Plan, organize, and attend hiring events and career fairs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, talentmunities, and internal stakeholders.
