While this role is primarily focused on Sales recruiting, it will also provide light support for other functions as business needs evolve. This role partners closely with Sales leaders, hiring managers, People Operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver a high-impact, data-informed recruiting process while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and enjoys building while executing.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on customer value
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-obsessed team

Responsibilities

  • Own inbound and outbound sourcing for Sales roles across multiple levels, and provide occasional support for non-Sales roles as needed, through outbound emails, LinkedIn pursuit, phone calls and text messages
  • Conduct phone screens with candidates to assess alignment with their skills and the role requirements, and make decisions on who to pass forward in the hiring process

  • Explore and evaluate new sourcing tools, vendors, and channels to support Sales hiring goals
  • Partner with Marketing on employer branding initiatives that position the Sales team as an employer of choice across the organization
  • Identify talent gaps and anticipate future hiring needs in partnership with Sales leadership and broader business planning
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from phone screen through offer acceptance, partnering with People Ops for onboarding handoff
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews while ensuring a smooth, efficient, and candidate-focused experience
  • Lead candidate debrief sessions and guide hiring teams toward timely, data-backed hiring decisions
  • Coach Sales leaders and hiring managers—along with other functional partners as needed—on interview best practices and candidate evaluation
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the recruiting process while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Partner with Sales leadership and Training teams on workforce planning, ramp timelines, and hiring readiness
  • Provide light recruiting support to other functions as needed based on hiring priorities
