About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing full‑cycle recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and hire high‑performing talent across the organization. This role partners closely with HR leadership, hiring managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, deep recruiting expertise, and the ability to operate proactively in a fast‑paced environment. They will continuously refine recruiting processes for efficiency and quality, leveraging data insights and best practices.

Requirements

  • Advanced recruiting expertise with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring across diverse roles.
  • Strong knowledge of talent markets, recruiting best practices, and applicable employment laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with comfort interpreting recruiting metrics and data trends.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 4–7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a multi‑state and multi-site environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Recruitment Manager or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across professional, technical, and high‑volume roles.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers regarding market trends, compensation expectations, selection methods, and talent availability.
  • Manage all stages of recruitment including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing and screening candidates coordinating interviews, selection, and job offers.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in‑person interviews using reliable and structured recruiting methods.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws throughout the hiring process.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers by providing guidance, expectations, and regular updates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Champion the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, professionalism, and a consistent organizational brand.
  • Track, analyze, and present recruiting metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Continuously refine recruitment workflows for efficiency, scalability, and quality of hire.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in ATS systems (ADP Recruitment Manager) and ensure adherence to process standards.

  • Support HR programs, special projects, and broader organizational goals as assigned.
