Together, we will create a better world through sport. Join us. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will support full-cycle recruiting across Wilson. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and People & Culture to manage searches across a variety of functions and levels, while helping to deliver a thoughtful, efficient, and high-quality hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play an important role in driving recruiting execution from intake through offer and preboarding. This individual will help keep searches organized and moving, maintain a strong candidate experience, and build effective working relationships across the business. This person will also grow into a stronger advisor to hiring managers and a valuable partner in Talent Acquisition process improvements and broader team initiatives.

Requirements

  • This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a corporate, agency, or blended recruiting environment.
  • Proven foundation in full-cycle recruiting and candidate management
  • Experience screening and interviewing candidates in a structured, professional manner
  • Strong ATS experience and the ability to maintain accurate, organized process documentation
  • Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, People & Culture, and senior leaders
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across a variety of functions, personalities, and position levels
  • Professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Ability to solve problems proactively and adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Strong service orientation and a team-first mindset
  • Confidence and maturity to support hiring processes across a variety of levels, including occasional higher-level searches
  • Versatility and comfort working across different functions and business areas

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions and levels, from intake through offer and preboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers at the start of each search to align on role scope, candidate profile, interview process, and timeline
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assess talent against role requirements and business needs
  • Manage interview scheduling and coordination across candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by sharing relevant information on Wilson, the team, the role, and the interview process
  • Help drive a structured, timely, and consistent hiring process while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the process by providing recruiting support, process guidance, and best practices
  • Help ensure finalists are offer-ready and support offer presentation and preboarding activities in partnership with HR and hiring leaders
  • Maintain accurate data and process execution within the applicant tracking system and other recruiting tools
  • Compile and share recruiting updates, reporting, and status visibility with stakeholders and leadership as needed
  • Support occasional sourcing efforts for harder-to-fill roles or searches with limited applicant flow
  • Support recruiting efforts across other areas of the business, including Retail, EMEA, and other talent needs, on an as-needed basis depending on business priorities
  • Suggest and support process improvements that help increase recruiting effectiveness and efficiency
  • Provide support for recruiting events and other Talent Acquisition projects as needed
