About The Position

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners. Develop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies to reduce vacancies and improve time‑to‑fill. Engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards and social media, to strengthen talent pipelines. Navigate fast‑paced, dynamic environments and adjust recruitment priorities as needed. Quickly learn and develop expertise in specialized hiring areas within the healthcare space. Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Prioritize, multitask, and maintain strong follow‑up practices to keep processes moving efficiently. Stay organized while balancing multiple competing deadlines. Apply strong problem‑solving abilities to address challenges and support continuous improvement in recruiting practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • At least three years of progressive full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a healthcare environment; five years of equivalent experience may substitute for the educational requirement.
  • Knowledge of modern recruiting tools, including social media platforms and online job boards.
  • Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in commonly used software applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, evolving settings and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to quickly learn and develop expertise in specialized healthcare recruitment areas.
  • Highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven follow‑through, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort working under pressure.
