Responsibilities

Lead High-Volume Recruiting for blue-collar technician roles.
Own the Process: Manage every stage of recruitment for a seamless candidate experience.
Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria.
Innovate & Attract: Create sourcing strategies that reach diverse, skilled talent pools.
Advertise & Engage: Craft compelling job postings and campaigns to maximize reach.
Screen & Select: Identify top candidates and guide them through the process.
Coordinate & Support: Schedule interviews and assist with offers and negotiations.
Ensure Compliance: Stay current on employment laws and best practices.
Adapt & Excel: Be ready to travel occasionally and take on new challenges.
