Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, or 13+ years of equivalent progressive experience.
  • Proven success in an in-house, enterprise-wide talent acquisition environment.
  • Strong track record of filling requisitions by attracting high-quality and inclusive talent.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
  • Demonstrated creativity in sourcing for hard-to-fill or highly specialized roles.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • A process excellence mindset focused on improving customer experience, reducing costs, and driving competitive advantage.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures while maintaining a high level of integrity and respect in candidate and stakeholder relationships.
  • A team-oriented mindset with an appreciation for a positive, encouraging, and relationship-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for multiple departments across the organization, from intake through offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Conduct active and passive candidate sourcing using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and role-specific industry channels.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and market data to refine strategies, improve hiring outcomes, and support inclusive hiring practices.
  • Help diminish industry-wide talent gaps by supporting workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives.
  • Leverage labor market intelligence and competitor analysis to stay informed on hiring trends and ensure the talent acquisition approach and total rewards package remain competitive.
  • Ensure integrity, compliance, and consistency throughout the talent acquisition process, including ATS usage, immigration requirements, background checks, and SOX compliance and reporting.
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts designed to attract and engage top talent.
  • Evaluate recruiting operational effectiveness and develop business cases to prioritize process improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to recruiting metrics, benchmarks, and processes that effectively measure key performance indicators.
  • Report to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition and collaborate closely with internal teams across the business.
