The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for world-class sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for TEL positions as well as onboarding new hires. This includes leading efforts on TEL’s branding strategy to attract top talent. This Talent Acquisition Partner will understand, model and represent the TEL employment value proposition. The Talent Acquisition Partner will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the managers, identify potential “fit” through effective interviewing, assessments, administering the onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience. Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies are primary responsibilities to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner will provide the right candidate for the right job at the right time.
