Must be open to Hybrid work in one of these locations: Dallas, TX - Phoenix, AZ - Hoboken, NJ What We’re Looking For Semperis is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our established, growing recruiting team. This is an individual contributor role for a hands-on recruiter who can successfully recruit across Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) functions in a fast-paced, high-growth cybersecurity environment. You’ll own searches end-to-end, partner closely with hiring managers, and play a meaningful role in helping scale teams across the business.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with exposure to GTM and/or G&A hiring in SaaS, cybersecurity, or another high-growth technology environment.
  • Experience recruiting for roles such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, or similar business-critical functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, social platforms, and referrals.
  • AI Skills and tools experience with willingness to learn together as the team scales and improves processes
  • Organized, adaptable, and energized by a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift.

  • Hands on experience with Ashby and Brighthire preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Channel) and G&A roles (Finance, Legal, HR, People Ops, Operations).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring plans.
  • Source candidates directly using a mix of outbound outreach, inbound applicants, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of GTM and G&A talent through proactive outreach and ongoing relationship management.
  • Provide market insights and candidate feedback to hiring managers to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows as the company continues to scale.
