About The Position

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for both hourly manufacturing and salaried roles across assigned plants In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to Plant Leadership, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners —bringing market insights, workforce trends, and innovative sourcing strategies to help attract and hire top talent in a competitive labor market. You’ll own the entire recruiting lifecycle—from intake to offer—while building strong pipelines for critical production roles, skilled trades, and professional positions . This role requires the ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment , balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience to ensure plants are staffed to meet production demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or both), preferably supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume environments

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring) for both hourly and salaried roles
  • Partner closely with Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, and Site HR to understand workforce needs, production demands, and hiring priorities
  • Develop and execute high-volume recruiting strategies for roles such as production technicians, operators, and skilled trades, while also supporting salaried hiring
  • Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, community partnerships, job fairs, and local networking
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs, including ramp-ups and seasonal demand
  • Support and participate in onsite hiring events, interview days, and community outreach initiatives
  • Provide local labor market insights , competitor intelligence, and talent trends to influence hiring decisions
  • Deliver a consistent, efficient, and engaging candidate experience , with a focus on speed-to-hire
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline health) to optimize performance
  • Identify and lead process improvements and TA initiatives to enhance efficiency, employer branding, and candidate experience
