The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner is a senior-level recruitment professional responsible for leading and executing recruitment efforts for highly specialized, executive, and strategic roles. This role involves developing and overseeing comprehensive recruiting strategies in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders. The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner is recognized as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in sourcing strategies, talent community building, organizational design, and talent market mapping. This role requires expert knowledge in conducting market research, utilizing a wide range of sourcing channels, and proactively building talent pipelines for future organizational needs. Additionally, the Principal Talent Acquisition Partner leads the aggregation, analysis, and interpretation of data to drive strategic decisions throughout the recruiting lifecycle. This role involves leading the full recruitment lifecycle for highly specialized, executive, and strategic roles while developing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive recruiting strategies in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders. It requires serving as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert on sourcing strategies, talent community building, organizational design, and talent market mapping. The role includes conducting advanced market research to identify and attract top talent by utilizing a wide range of sourcing channels and techniques, such as social media platforms, professional networking, and passive candidate outreach. A key responsibility is proactively building and maintaining talent pipelines for future organizational needs while conducting in-depth interviews and assessments of candidates to determine their fit for open positions. Additional duties include coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and providing regular updates to senior leadership on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines. The role also involves preparing job descriptions and postings in collaboration with hiring managers, participating in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company, and ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication. Furthermore, the position requires leading the aggregation, analysis, and interpretation of data to drive strategic decisions throughout the recruiting lifecycle, mentoring and leading other recruiting team members as needed, and supporting other HR-related tasks and projects as required.
