We are seeking a high-impact Talent Acquisition Partner to support our U.S. business, with a primary focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring while also supporting technical and product functions. This role is ideal for a recruiter who has operated within a B2B SaaS environment, understands how modern revenue organizations scale, and has experience hiring across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. We are a SaaS company evolving toward AI-enabled solutions. While many of our roles remain core SaaS positions, we are increasingly hiring talent that understands AI-driven products and go-to-market motions. This recruiter must be comfortable operating across both worlds. This is a strategic, business-facing role - not transactional recruiting.
