Requirements

  • 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring across multiple professional disciplines
  • Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar roles and partner with hiring managers to effectively evaluate candidates in disciplines outside your core expertise
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; able to push back thoughtfully and build trust with hiring managers and leadership
  • Approach hiring with a quality-over-quantity mindset, recognizing that strong recruiting outcomes include building relationships, strengthening pipelines, and improving hiring decisions rather than just filling roles
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to confidently navigate offer terms with candidates and manage agreements, expectations, and submissions with third-party recruiting partners
  • Data-driven approach to hiring, leveraging metrics, research, and market trends to shape recruitment strategies
  • Proven ability to build and manage a strong candidate pipeline using outbound sourcing strategies, networking and creative recruiting techniques beyond traditional job boards
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple open roles, priorities, and deadlines with accuracy and energy
  • Able to maintain momentum on complex or extended searches by developing creative sourcing strategies and new approaches to uncover qualified candidates
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and deeply curious about how different teams function within a business
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other hiring tools; tech savvy and process-oriented
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other candidate tools
  • This position requires manual dexterity for typing, sitting at a desk, and looking at a computer screen for typing for long periods of time. In addition, portions of the training require the Talent Acquisition Partner to shadow other departments that may require physical activity including lifting 25-35 pounds and standing for long periods of time.
  • We need a Talent Acquisition Partner that has a positive attitude and the words “can’t” and “impossible” are not a part of your vocabulary.
  • You’re not waiting for requisitions; you’re creating opportunity.
  • You must be available to work between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm Monday – Friday with the occasional evening or Saturday for interviews or networking events that must be done outside of normal business hours.
